Hello there! I was just passing through and wanted to give some feedback on your piece!
First off, I think you are pulling off the rebirth theme quite nicely! I love your bubble bursting out into the rest of the water like that, giving space for the rebirth of the girl within. The concept and execution are being done wonderfully!
I think the only thing that really bothers me about this piece is that there is no area in the piece that is totally in focus. This leaves me constantly wanting to search for the "focal point" even though it's very apparent what that point is. I know that you were trying to convey energy and motion in your piece (and you pulled it off!) but I think that leaving at least a little bit in clear focus would be helpful.
